Man in the Dark

my lies are a template to the truth
a decoder ring
figure out how I fabricate
and figure out the root of my fabrications.

I might try to present an alternate America
but the america known is still there too
and if your senses are keen
you'll ken what I see.
The obvious truths are the ones I hold closest.
No need to say what I see.
They'll be presented austerely.

This post a review of Paul Auster's "Man in the Dark"
It's levity hides it's darkness.
You need the w(hole) to figure it out.
Lotta lazy reviews.
Meta-narrative is just politeness.
So many write who cannot read.
